How to integrate Zoom

Zoom integration is a must-have feature to save time starting an instant call.

1. Click your name from the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. From the menu popup, click Integrations.
3. Click the toggle on for Zoom.
4. Login to your Zoom account and grant access permission by clicking Allow.

How to start an instant meeting

1. Select a stream, DM, or Comments (task or event).
2. Click the + icon from the comment area.
3. Click Add Zoom instant meeting.
4. You'll see /zoom in the comment area. Click Send or hit the return key.
5. A Zoom meeting has been created, and your teammates can join by clicking the link.

How to create a Zoom link in an event

Without Zoom integration, you have to manually enter the Meeting ID, Start URL, Join URL, and Password. Once you enable it, all you need to do is one click.

1. Open an event.
2. Click the conferencing icon to open meeting details fields.
3. Click the Zoom icon.
4. All fields are automatically filled in.
5. When you're done, click Set meeting.

To join the meeting, open the event and click Zoom Meeting.

Make sure to note the password on the Zoom meeting to gain access, which you can view by clicking the video icon to open the Zoom details.
