Loom for Ledger

Ledger's Loom integration helps you create and share instant screen recordings. Use the quick, concise, and user-friendly tool for video messaging. Your Loom recording limit is 5 minutes.

How to integrate Loom

Loom integration is a must-have feature to share your video recordings.

1. Click your name from the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. From the menu popup, click Integrations.
3. Click the toggle on for Loom.

How to create and share a screen recording

1. Select a stream, DM, or Comments (task or event).
2. Click the + icon from the comment area.
3. Click Add Loom recording.
   • First-time users will need to grant permission by clicking Allow.
4. Select your preferred options for Video settings and Recording settings.
5. Click Start recording.
6. Choose the tab, window, or screen to record. Then, click Share.
7. After the countdown (3 seconds long), start your video message.
8. When you're done, click the Finish recording button next to the remaining time.
9. Review your video. Then, click Insert video.
   1. To start over, click the arrow button.
   2. To delete, click the trash can button.
   3. To copy the link, click the attachment button.
10. You'll see the video link in the comment area. Add a message, and click Send.

How to change your camera display

• To move your camera display, hover over the camera bubble and drag it to your desired position.
• To increase your camera display, hover over the camera bubble > three-dotted icon > click the larger circle icon.
• To return to the smaller camera display, hover over the camera bubble > three-dotted icon > click the smaller circle icon.

How to remove your camera before recording

1. Click Add Loom recording.
2. Under Recording settings, click the camera icon.

The camera dropdown greys out, and your camera turns off.

How to remove your camera while recording

1. Hover over your camera display.
2. Hover over the three-dotted icon.
3. Click the ✖ icon.
