Ledger's Pro plan includes a fully integrated AI Assist feature designed to enhance team productivity through writing, research, summarization, and idea generation. Here’s an in-depth look at how AI Assist can support your daily operations and improve your workflow.

General use of AI Assist

Here's how our multi-purpose AI Assist tool can help you on a daily basis.

• Create entire documents: Generate complete documents from scratch with ease.
• Check your grammar: Ensure your messages are grammatically correct.
• Improve your message: Enhance clarity and effectiveness.
• Adjust your tone: Tailor your tone to suit different audiences (teammates, clients, partners).
• Add Appropriate Emojis: Make your messages more engaging.

• Quick Replies: Add instant AI-assisted replies to any comment.

• Frame a Comment: Enter a keyword or phrase, and AI Assist will draft your comment.
• Content Creation: Generate various types of documents, including blog posts, social media posts, and instructional guides.
• Quick Replies: Add AI-assisted replies to comments for faster communication.

How to use AI Assist in a message

To utilize AI Assist in a message:

1. Select the Space: Choose where you want to send the message (Chat, Comments, DM).
2. Open the Toolbar: Click the formatting button or double-click to highlight text.
3. Enter the Prompt: Type your prompt in the message field.
4. Use AI Assist: Click the AI Assist button and select "Use AI to write about...".
5. Modify the Response:
   • Text Length: Adjust the length of the generated text.
   • Enhance Text: Improve writing quality, clarity, and conciseness.
   • Change Tone: Select from over 10 tone options.
   • Add Emojis: Insert relevant emojis within the text.
6. Send: Click Send to share it with your team.

Tip: You can also open the toolbar by typing first, then highlighting the text.

Adding Quick Replies with AI Assist

Quickly reply to any comment by selecting a suggested reply from AI Assist in your quick message field. By default, this option is turned on, displaying the top 5 suggestions in your quick message field. To disable this feature, open the AI icon, select Quick Replies, and toggle it off.

How to use AI Assist in a Stream

To use AI Assist within a stream:

1. Select a Stream: Choose the stream you want to work in.
2. Click the AI Assist Button: Located next to the quick search bar.
3. Select an Option: Choose from the menu.
4. View Results: The results will appear in a pop-up window.
