Sharing Events with others
Not everyone uses Ledger....yet!
Fortunately, you can still make sure your Zooms and scheduled meetings with those outside of your team gets on their schedule. All you need to do is send an invitation to that person's email.
Here's how to send invitations
- Create the event and save it
- Open the event and then click the envelope icon to invite others
- Enter emails of all recipients and click 'invite'.
- Recipients will receive an invitation email, with the event description, attached files, and a link to add to their calendar.
YOU CAN ALSO DOWNLOAD THE FILE TO YOUR OTHER CALENDAR
You can also download the ICS file to your computer and share it via email as well. To do this, simply click the calendar icon and the file will download to your computer for easy sharing.
