Who can create a ticket?
Anybody can create a ticket, but usually they're sent either from team members to team leaders, or from management to members.
It all depends on the ask. Tickets serves as a light HR module and can handle everything from vacation requests to performance reviews, so whatever your need, just send the ticket that way.
For example, a team member might create a ticket to alert IT to an issue with their WiFi. Or a team leader may send a ticket to a direct report to have them complete their Q2 goals. In Ledger, anybody can create a ticket, and depending on your team's needs, the applications are endless.
