Pin Comments
Important comments can be easily buried in the ongoing conversations. The pin feature can save you from the hassle of digging through the long list of messages.
We use pins for prioritizing important messages, highlighting key announcements, and keeping essential information readily accessible.
How to pin a message
A pinned message will be visible at the top of the chat, DM, or comments section. It stays there no matter how far you scroll down. Multiple messages can be pinned. Pinned comments are visible to all teammates who are part of the conversation.
- Hover over the comment to be pinned.
- Click the ellipsis icon.
- Click Pin comment. A yellow pin icon will appear next to the comment.
- To unpin a comment, simply click the yellow pin icon once more.
At the top of the conversation, you can see how many messages are pinned. To view the pinned messages, click pinned.
