Task Tracker
View the number of completed tasks, incomplete tasks, overdue tasks, and total tasks.
Stream Dates
Begin by defining your project's start date and end date.
- To edit the dates, click the calendar icon and select a new date.
- To reset both dates, click (reset dates). This action will reset dates and delete all milestones.
Milestones
Create important milestones that you want to flag on the project timeline. You can only create milestones with due dates within the project range. Once you hit a milestone, click the check box, and the flag will turn from red to green.
Tasks can now be added to each milestone to help you track detailed progress:
- After creating a milestone, click the + icon next to it.
- Select open tasks from the pop up to add them to the milestone.
When tasks are completed, you’ll see a timeline of their completion. This timeline provides a clear view of how many tasks are still due for a milestone, helping you stay on track.
Note: you can only add milestones once you add a start and end date to the stream timeline.
- To change dates, click the calendar icon and select a new date.
- To rename a milestone, click the name and give it a new one.
- To delete a milestone, click the ✕ icon.
When two or more milestones are due on the same day, hover over the flag to view the list.
Tips for Using Milestones Effectively
- Break Down Large Goals: Use milestones to divide large projects into manageable phases.
