Just like the individual stream dashboards, our new folder dashboard offers a comprehensive view of all the streams within any given folder. Whether it’s your “All Streams” folder, favorites, or a custom shared folder, the dashboard provides valuable insights and enhanced visibility into your streams.

1. Visibility into All Streams: The folder dashboard allows you to see what’s open, what’s complete, and the overall status of all the streams within the folder. This feature is particularly useful for shared folders containing multiple streams, giving you a clear overview of your team’s progress.
2. Organized by Status: The dashboard is organized to help you easily navigate through your streams. The primary hub, “Active,” displays all ongoing streams, and you can filter them based on their status. Additionally, there are separate tabs for completed and archived streams, making it simple to manage and track your stream lifecycle.
3. Timelines and Milestones: One of the standout features of the folder dashboard is the timeline view. It aggregates the start and end dates of all streams within a folder, presenting a comprehensive timeline with all the milestones. For example, if you have five streams with varying start and end dates, the timeline will show the entire span from the earliest start date to the latest end date, along with all significant milestones.
4. Global Task Filtering: You can quickly jump to the global tasks view directly from the folder dashboard. This feature allows you to filter tasks by status, such as overdue or incomplete tasks, giving you a bird’s eye view of your workload and helping you prioritize effectively.
