Managing task tags

Our latest feature allows you to control the visibility of your task tags, providing a flexible approach to task management and privacy. By default, all task tags will now be visible to other members of your stream, but you still have full control over the tasks on your own list.

How It Works:

Toggle Visibility: You can now mark task tags as either visible to the team or private.

• Visible Tags: When you add a visible tag to a task - which is the default view on all new tags - everyone in the stream can see it. This helps keep collaboration seamless, as team members can quickly reference where the task falls and stay aligned.
• Private Tags: For tags you prefer to keep private, simply turn the visibility setting off. This ensures the tag is only visible to you and no one else.
