Manage Settings
The Settings page helps you customize and optimize your Ledger experience.
Settings overview
To access teh Settings page, click your name from the sidebar > Settings. The Settings page window opens with its own sidebar menu.
Profile
When someone mentions your name, other users can view your profile card by hovering over the mentioned name. Your profile card displays information updated in the profile settings. We suggest updating your user profile to express yourself and connect with your teammates.
Notifications
By default, Ledger keeps most notifications on so you don't miss anything happening in your workspace. But if you are an active user, receiving notifications from both email and in-app can feel slightly overwhelming. In that case, we recommend managing notifications settings.
Workspaces
If you're a workspace admin or owner, you can update the workspace image, name, and description from the workspaces settings. You can also invite teammates in bulk from this page.
To delete a workspace, click the ellipsis icon from the workspaces list page.
From the workspaces list, you can view all the workspaces you belong to. If there are too many of them, use the search bar to find a specific workspace.
Tags
Create, edit, and delete tags from settings. Apply these tags to tasks to classify them in your own way. Custom tags are unique to each user. Other users will not see your tags. Tags are solely for yourself to improve task organization and discoverability.
Integrations
Ledger seamlessly integrates with third-party applications to improve team collaboration and work efficiency. From the settings page, you can easily manage integrations with useful tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Drive, Zoom, and Dropbox). Simply click the toggle button to turn on or off.
Security
Update the user password and enable two-factor authentication from the security settings page.
Billing & Plans
Update your Ledger plan, change the payment method, and upgrade users and storage from the Billing & Plans settings page. You can also view your payment history.
